Shital has more than four decades of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. He has worked as Vice President – Technical, overseeing manufacturing of three production sites. Shital was also Site Head for a parenteral site, manufacturing liquid ampoules and vials. 

His areas of strength include operational efficiency, contract manufacturing, process transfer, process validation, utilities qualification and training. He has an in-depth understanding of quality, regulatory and safety standards.

Shital is a Pharmacy graduate and a life member of Indian Pharmaceutical Association.
